Payment Options
We accept American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards. We also accept cash, payment from Health Savings Accounts, and Flexible Spending Plan payments. We only accept personal checks from our established patients.

Dental Insurance
We are an insurance-friendly office and accept most insurance plans. We’re also a Delta Dental premier provider. Please bring your insurance card with you to each visit so that we can make sure our records stay current. As a courtesy to you, we will file and track all claims and provide postage for special claims. We want you to be able to maximize the benefit of your dental insurance.
